Today's Omelet
Roast pork, rolled pancetta, Swiss cheese and scallions. I'd post a photo but I ate it too fast. If I'd had more time, I would have topped mine with alfalfa sprouts. Darned good -- Tam says the pork on her half was a little dry. I'll have to fix that next time.

Because of the place where I saw the link to this post, I initially interpreted the "Omelet" in the title as a metaphor for something political that might "involve breaking a few eggs" Then I saw that it was your blog, and expected a nice picture of breakfast.
Disappointed on both counts. May I have my subscription fee back?
