Morning's best headline: Zombie Caterpillars Rain Death From Treetops.
("Dear USAF 7th Bombardment Wing(H), SAC, please be advised that 'Mors Ab Alto' appears to have been in previous use by a gypsy moth caterpillar parasite." Does that seem right to you?)
Stossel on Federal and public response to 9/11: "...government failed on 9/11, and yet the politicians' answer to failure is always the same: Give us more money and power." In Reason, Ronald Bailey runs the numbers on the odds of J. Random U. S. Civilian being terrorismed to death and concludes you need to buy struck-by-lightning insurance first.
True, and yet -- I was more comfortable with the caterpillars.

Great! Now somewhere in a Secret Undergound Lab in North Korea/Iran/PRC/where ever, some Bum is working on Weaponizing the Zombie Virus and will try to use it against the United States. Of course, it'll get out of hand, and spread around the World....
Wonder if T-Bolt has raised the Threat Level yet?
What caliber for a caterpillar?
People went batshit when Ron Paul even hinted that the US had any responsibility for 9/11. John Stossel comes right out and says it.
Stossel isn't running for POTUS, though, so I guess it's okay.

@ BobG
We talking "normal" sized caterpillars or ZOMGanormous caterpillars?
If it's the wee buggers I'm saying .22 shot shells.
If it's the mongo sized.... .458Lott?
@ SpeakerTweaker
In all fairness "people" tend to go batshit whenever Ron Paul says anything. Part of the reason I like the little loon is his ability to make everyone freak out.
BGM
What do we get when they turn into moths/butterflies? Something like a man-eating Mothra?
Word verification: tastes
Are you kidding?
