Tam: "O-M-G! 90 degrees and people are having to shovel hail to get out of their driveways!"
RX: "Where?"
Tam: "Denver!"
RX: "See what happens when you pass anti-gun laws?"
Inclement weather usually skews election results in the direction of the most motivated voters -- Coloradan gunnies, please be motivated.

Your lips to voters ears...
At the moment, it's pouring down rain here, and in the mid 60s. A welcome relief from the heat wave, for sure.
The radar picture looks nasty further North and West than I am (I'm S of Denver), but CO Springs looks mostly clear. So does Pueblo.
Was just thinking that one of the sweetest things about a successful recall would be seeing Bloomberg's money going for naught.
Bleh. s/West/East/
That's typical weather for them. Years ago I use to live in Elizabeth and we use to watch CO Springs get nailed while we got nothing. Or Denver would get it an we wouldn't. Or one side of our street would be sunny and clear while on the other side it'd be raining like crazy.
Left CO during June and got stuck in 12 inches of hail just north of Fort Collins. Had the air conditioning on in the car when that popped up out of nowhere LOL.
So, the weather shouldn't slow down any of the voters back there. Hopefully.
P.S. Probably should have said, the native/long time Colorado voters. California transplants freak out over a couple of raindrops. Which is kind of a good thing, in this case heh. They will stay home.
Naturegirl, not all Californians are idiots. Wait a minute, I'm still in California...never mind.
You're probably right, DoninSacto, not all are. But I did live in Cali too (grew up in the midwest) and it was comical to see them try to function, especially driving, in a rainstorm. -Add a little freezing whatever that happens anywhere east of CA and it's total mayhem.
And thankfully, the CO people fixed these mistakes today. I'm proud they did the right thing, but I have to wonder what happened in the first place (election).
