Sort of ironic, I suppose... I was actually designing a way to do that. Not as a means of extortion, though I suppose it would work for that too, but more as a way to reduce global warming. I mean, if there's less insolation, it'll be cooler. Plus, if we get some dev practice doing large scale space construction... well, darn. That would just be terrible now wouldn't it? ;)
