Wonder if the Taxpayer pays the Veterinarian bills also?
Is the USPS so broke that they can't afford EXEMPT plates?
That's the third USPS vehicle I've seen without plates in six months.
Why should the have them? Nice long number stickered on the back of the vehicle probably serves the same purpose, at less expense.
