Tam's best catfriend unexpectedly left this world Tuesday. Drop by Tam's place, if you're minded to. Mittens was the nicest, friendliest cat I ever met, and I have known some real sweeties. Friendly and gentle, she never met a stranger. She wasn't a pushy, needy cat but was ever happy to be fussed over and would give nose-touch cat-kisses to anyone who leaned within range.
We will not meet another like her again soon. I miss her already.
