Wednesday evening featured the first 2012-edition charcoal-grilled steaks a la Roseholme. No pictures but they just melt in your mouth -- good filet mignon, hardwood charcoal and Irish butter!

If you're downtown for lunch most any day, try the tenderloin at the Double Eagle Cafe on the mezzanine level of the Scottish Rite Cathedral. Yummy.
Most folks who don't work downtown are unaware that the Cafe exists, and even if they are, that it is open to the public. Hours 11AM-2PM.
Turk: the Atomic Bong: first it stuns them into intoxication, then BONNGGG! They ring once and fall apart into shards.

Wow. And I thought we here in No. Carolina liked our tenderloin sammiches on the (ahem) hearty side.
I think I saw them make something like that on Man vs. Food. Not something I have been able to get my hands on in the Pacific Northwest.
FWIW, the tenderloin has been beaten very thin.
Ever since we left Iowa we have not been able to get a decent tenderloin sandwich. Tried to make our own, but it's just not the same.
