Is that a older tower? As I do not see the newer type of fall restraint cable running in the center of the ladder.
One of my favorite episodes of "World's Toughest Fixes" is the one where they replace a broadcast antenna on top of a 2000' tower. That was a wild ride.

What kind of wind load does that tower carry?
Nathan, that tower is "a little off the top:" in order to fit the site, it is actually the top half of a tower about twice as tall; the stock version was a funny-looking thing that would not have looked right even if it did fit.
Windload on that tower is very minor; for esthetic reasons, it is much stronger than it has to be. But it's not my tower, so I can't put a ham antenna on it -- it's in "intermod alley," anyway.
